JSGI phantom

b: φ10, lead of 3mm in thickness
c: a convex measuring contrast and resolution
d: a copper micro-chart measuring sharpness
e: a concave measuring contrast and resolution

*Assessment for contrast resolution (c & e)
　5 steps: 4 kinds of pattern/concave & convex rounds, 5mmφ diameter & 3mmφ diameter
　　　　　　depth(thickness): 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm 

*Assessment for sharpness (d)
　4-line slits: 5 steps, intervals/1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm
